第十一届CALYPSO研讨会
(第二轮会议通知)
| 随着近年来第一性原理计算和材料结构预测方法的快速发展，只根据给定化学组分的材料结构预测已经成为可能，并迅速成为国际热点，在三维晶体材料、二维层状材料、二维表面重构、零维团簇和功能材料的结构设计等方面取得了一批原始创新性成果。未来材料结构预测研究的创新式发展将有力推动我国物理、化学、材料、信息、地球、生物、工程等学科的发展，为我国国民经济的发展和国防建设做出贡献。 |
| 基于群体智能的CALYPSO材料结构预测方法和软件（详见http://www.calypso.cn），是我国自主创新发展的方法和软件，仅依据材料的化学组分即可开展材料微观原子结构的预测，已经广泛应用于晶体、表面（含二维单/多层材料）、界面、团簇和过渡态的创新性设计，并能开展功能导向（如能隙、硬度和电子密度等）的逆向材料设计。 |
| CALYPSO软件学术使用免费，已经被75个国家和地区的4200位同行签订版权协议使用。截止目前，国内外同行使用本软件已经在Nat Chem、Nat Commun、Sci Adv、PRL、PNAS、JACS等SCI期刊发表了1700余篇SCI学术论文，解决了一系列与凝聚态物质结构密切相关的科学难题，设计了多种高温超导体、超硬材料和高效能量转换功能材料。 |
| 由吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室、吉林大学物质模拟方法与软件教育部重点实验室和吉林大学物理学院联合主办,洛阳师范学院物理与电子信息学院承办的第十一届CALYPSO研讨会将于2023年10月12日-10月15日在中国十三朝古都牡丹花城洛阳召开。 |
| 本次研讨会包含两个专题：（1）物理、化学和材料等领域计算模拟前沿研讨专题；（2）CALYPSO软件上机学习专题。分别安排在每天上午与下午。 |
| 专题（1）多位国内外计算领域顶尖科学工作者聚焦国际计算前沿；CALYPSO主创成员将针对CALYPSO方法原理、软件功能、以及最新进展进行专题汇报。 |
| 专题（2）精心设计了CALYPSO计算实例演示与同步上机练习，目标是初学者在会议结束后能够独立使用CALYPSO开展研究。上机练习包括以下内容：CALYPSO在晶体、表面重构、界面、二维层状材料、团簇结构设计中的应用；功能导向的逆向材料设计，例如超硬材料设计，固—固相变中过渡态结构搜索等。 |

The 10th CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully online by KouShare during October 28th to 30th, 2022. This workshop is organized by the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University ,and the cumulative number of views on the Kouxiang live platform has exceeded 20,000.
The 9th CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully in China University of Geosciences(WuHan) during October 16th to October 18st, 2021. This workshop is organized by the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University ,and attracted more than 250 experts and scholars from all over the world.
The 8th CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully online by KouShare during October 30th to November 1st, 2020. This workshop is organized by the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University ,and the cumulative number of views on the Kouxiang live platform has exceeded 18,000.
The 7th CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully in Jiangsu Normal University during October 17th to October 20st, 2019. This workshop is organized by the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University ,and attracted more than 200 experts and scholars from all over the world.
The 6th CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully in Xi’an Jiaotong University during October 18th to October 21st, 2018. This workshop is organized by the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University ,and attracted more than 200 experts and scholars from all over the world.
The 5th CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully in Jilin University during October 11th to October 15th, 2017. This workshop is organized by the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University ,and attracted more than 200 experts and scholars from all over the world.
The 4th CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully in Nanjing University of Science and Technology during October 21st to October 23rd, 2016. This workshop is jointly organized by the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University and Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and attracted more than 150 experts and scholars from all over the world.
The 3rd CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully in the College of Physical Science and Technology of Sichuan University during October 30th to November 1st, 2015. This workshop is jointly organized by the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University and the College of Physical Science and Technology of Sichuan University, and attracted more than 270 experts and scholars from all over the world.
The 2nd CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully in Luoyang Normal University during October 23 to 27, 2014. This workshop is jointly organized by State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University and Luoyang Normal University, and attracted more than 260 experts and scholars from all over the world.
The 1st CALYPSO Workshop was held successfully in Beijing Computational Science Research Center during August 7 to 11, 2013. This workshop is jointly organized by State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University and Beijing Computational Science Research Center, and attracted more than 200 experts and scholars from all over the world.
